“You are imperfect, you are wired for struggle, but you are worthy of love and belonging.”
-Brené Brown
If you often feel like you're not good enough—no matter how much you accomplish or how well you show up for others—you're not alone. Many of the people I work with struggle with deep feelings of self-hate, shame, or chronic self-doubt. They're kind, thoughtful, and generous with others, but have a hard time providing that same care to themselves. They want to feel more confident, but don’t know how to get there. I help people understand the roots of these painful patterns by exploring how past experiences have shaped their current thoughts and feelings. In therapy, we work together to build self-compassion, increase self-awareness, and create space for emotional healing. I offer a warm, supportive environment where you can feel safe to explore your inner world, and I’m known for quickly building trust and using empathy and insight to help clients make meaningful change.
At Walnut Creek Psychology, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can begin to better understand yourself, heal old wounds, and move toward the life you want.
I know that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and it’s not always easy to take that first step. Whether you’re struggling with self-doubt, emotional pain, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to navigate it alone. My hope is that you feel seen, supported, and empowered here—and that our work together helps you create meaningful, lasting change.
If what you’ve read resonates with you, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your path toward greater self-awareness, healing, and growth.
